¡¡¡¡The process characteristics of traditional carbon brick are that pressing and roasting is performed separately.

This semi finished products be named raw production. Roasting in the special kiln. The roasting kiln always be shaft kiln in domestic, the raw production be loading in the middle of kiln and surrounded by carbon powder, then roasting for long time by heating up in this condition, normally the roasting time maybe 15 to 30 days, the roasting maximum temperature, for semi graphite quality carbon block require to be 1300¡æ microporous carbon block and super microporous carbon block require be exceed 1400¡æ. Then output from kiln after the temperature cooling down, process to be final production.

¡¡¡¡High-thermal molded carbon bricks process features are pressed and roasting on the same machine at the same time.

¡¡¡¡The characteristics of high-temperature heat molding process is that combining the vertical moulding machine and the corresponding supply transformer together, they are able to produce the product with the biggest specifications: 470mm*230mm*135mm. When the Plug of vertical moulding machine pressure on powder inside the mould, beginning the electric heating at the same time. It is only need 5 ~ 10 minutes, the product temperature can quickly reach to 1400¡æ, make the binder in powder carbonize under the high temperature and high pressure in a short period of time, instead of the traditional method of long time roasting. The vertical moulding machine should be put in a sealed indoor with ventilation device, feeding into the mould, pressuring and electrifying, demolding and blank cooling are automatic or semi-automatic.

¡¡¡¡This new process that electric roasting and molding are at the same time has three advantages:

¡¡¡¡(1) to cancel the traditional green pressing roasting process , the production cycle is shortened from over 20 days to 10 minutes;

¡¡¡¡(2) to greatly reduce the energy consumption per ton product;

¡¡¡¡(3) to improve the products quality. Electrifying and roasting quickly at the same time of molding , it not only increases the asphalt coking value and enhances the volume density of products , and to reduce the open porosity, greatly to reduce the permeability, and to improve thermal conductivity at the same time.
